Whether you’re dealing with a worn-out crown, a scratched crystal, or a watch that’s stopped ticking, we’re here to help. Not sure what the issue is? Our expert jeweler will take a close look and help identify the right fix.
We offer fast, reliable battery services with a wide range of in-stock options. We also offer battery plans of three-years or lifetime options, and every used battery is recycled through our eco-conscious program. Standard battery replacement starts at just $10 and includes a one-year warranty.
Our In-House Watch Services
We complete all repairs on-site, meaning our turnaround times are efficient and we do not have added risk of shipping to an outsourced jeweler. While there are certain brands or jobs we may be unable to complete, for the vast majority of watches we can:
Service or replace watch crystals, crowns, movements, hands, and clasps
Adjust watch bands, including link removal
Replace watch batteries with a wide selection of in-stock varieties. When necessary, we can source specialty batteries for unique models.
Offer battery plan upgrades of 3-year or lifetime coverage.
