2. Ultrasonic Cleaning
   For eligible pieces, we place your jewelry in an ultrasonic cleaner. This machine uses high-frequency sound waves in a heated liquid bath to dislodge stubborn grime from hard-to-reach areas—especially under stones and inside intricate settings.

3. Steam Cleaning
   After the ultrasonic bath, we finish with a jewelry steamer, which uses a focused jet of high-pressure steam to blast away any remaining residue and bring out a brilliant, like-new sparkle.
