Our In-House Custom Design & Casting Process

What sets Everglow Jewelry apart is that we cast your custom pieces right here in-store. That’s rare in the jewelry world — most places outsource this process. But we believe in keeping things personal, transparent, and hands-on.

Here’s how it works:

1. Dream & Design
   It all starts with you. Bring us a sketch, a picture, a Pinterest board — or just an idea. We’ll sit down and chat through your vision. We love helping you brainstorm!

2. CAD Design (Computer-Aided Design)
   Next, we digitally bring your idea to life with a 3D model. You’ll see every detail before it’s made — and we can tweak it until it’s exactly what you imagined.

3. 3D Wax Printing
   Once approved, we print a wax version of your design using a high-resolution 3D printer. This wax model becomes the mold for your final piece.

4. Casting
   We cast your piece in solid gold, platinum, or silver, often using your very own materials — that old gold ring, that loose diamond, that sentimental necklace. We melt and reuse it to create something brand new.

5. Cleanup, Stone Setting, and Polishing
   After casting, your piece goes through professional cleanup, then stone setting, and finally a high-polish finish so it’s sparkling and ready to be worn with love. White gold pieces get rhodium plated to give them that bright white look.

Moissanite engagement rings are a customer favorite — they have the brilliance of diamonds, but with a bit more fire and sparkle (and at a fraction of the cost). And our lab-grown diamonds are chemically identical to mined diamonds but conflict-free and more affordable.
